In the Dashboard we use PostHog (EU) analytics for product development, for which consent is given at sign-up. The data is anonymized.

Embedded chat widget

The Echo chat widget embedded on third-party websites uses no cookies and performs no analytics or marketing tracking — it only stores technical data in the browser's localStorage (conversation ID, opened flag).
