2. Description of Service

EchoAI is a cloud-based platform that provides artificial intelligence-powered assistants for businesses. The service includes creating and configuring AI assistants, content processing, knowledge base management, and embedding assistants into websites.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the service. By registering, the user accepts these Terms of Service. The user is responsible for securely managing the access credentials associated with their account.

An account may be associated with multiple organizations and multiple users. The organization administrator is responsible for organizational settings and access management.

4. Pricing and Payment

EchoAI offers free and paid plans. Current pricing is available on the website. Paid subscriptions operate on monthly or annual billing and are processed through the Stripe payment system.

The subscription is valid until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users (documents, text, URLs) remains the property of the user. EchoAI processes this content only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

The EchoAI platform, its source code, design, and brand elements are the intellectual property of Intersync Kft.

6. Data Protection

For detailed information about the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. By using the service, the user acknowledges our data processing practices.

7. Availability

EchoAI strives to ensure the service is continuously available but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. The service may be suspended in cases of force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

EchoAI generates AI-based responses that do not constitute professional advice. The service provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

The service provider's liability is limited to the amount of the last monthly fee paid by the user.

9. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, with prior notification.

After account deletion, data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Amendments

The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by Hungarian law. In case of disputes, the parties shall first seek resolution through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have jurisdiction.
